Information Concerning Covid-19
In an effort to help control the spread of the COVID-19 Virus, our office is currently open for emergency services only.
This decision is in accordance with the recommendation released by the American Dental Association (ADA) to postpone elective procedures and Governor Jay Inslee’s order to conserve personal protective equipment (PPE) for our hospitals.
"Concentrating on emergency dental care will allow us to care for our emergency patients and alleviate the burden that dental emergencies would place on hospital emergency departments,"
the ADA said in a statement.
If you are experiencing pain or have any acute dental emergency, call our office at 509-468-4040 for direction.
If you have an upcoming hygiene or non-urgent appointment, we will be in contact with you soon to reschedule or you are welcome to reach out to us. As we contact you for rescheduling, if you are experiencing pain or have an urgent dental need, please inform us so we may alleviate your pain.
As always, we have followed standard universal precautions issued by the CDC and ADA to help protect every one of our patients and team members from the many infectious diseases that we are potentially exposed to on a daily basis.
In addition to our standard measures, we will be exercising a higher level of infection-control in our reception areas, including removing all magazines, toys, and other items that are difficult to disinfect.
If you will be visiting our office for emergency care we ask that you:
- Call if you have a cough, fever, or chills.
- Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Come alone if possible
