We are happy to announce that we have reopened to treat all of our patients!
You will still receive the same great service from our dedicated team of professionals, however, to ensure the safety of all patients and staff we have implemented the following changes:

•  Our office will communicate with you the day prior to your appointment to go over some screening questions. You'll be asked those same questions again when you arrive at the office.
•  When you arrive, please call (509) 468-4040 or text us from the parking lot to let us know you are here. Once your provider is ready we will let you know that you can come inside. Please be aware no visitors will be allowed in the office at this time unless the patient is a minor or in need of assistance.
•  Upon entering our office we ask that you use the hand sanitizer that we have provided. We will also take your temperature and ask you a few screening questions.
•  We ask that you wear a mask to your appointment.
•  Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment or already scheduled appointments may be changed slightly.

A few things you may notice when visiting:
•  Our team will all be wearing a bit more gear than before... just remember behind our masks and shields are our smiling faces!
•  We have installed Blueair Air Purifiers
•  We have installed clear barriers at our front desk locations

Thank you for your patience and support during this time! We look forward to seeing you again soon and are here to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep our patients and our staff safe. We are happy to continue serving you and can't wait to see your smile!
